***NOTE: Upon the admittance of any child into Liahona Academy, the child’s Guardian must complete the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children Request, (Form ICPC 100A), and submit such Form to the Compact Administrator in your state of residence. To download this form click HERE. It is the Guardian’s responsibility to submit this form to the Compact Administrator in your state of residence.
